Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2-10 days for delivery, depending on your location. We use FedEx for fast and secure delivery. For Australia we use Aramex as our 3PL provider.
Does Hemingway deliver to my country?
Yes, Hemingway delivers to your country! We ship to all countries worldwide.
I ordered multiple Books, what will be my shipment timeline?
When you order multiple books with different shipping timelines, we typically ship them together in one package to keep shipping costs lower for you. This means the timeline for delivery applies to the entire shipment.
When you order multiple books, we calculate the timeline based on a combined shipment since we charge only once for a single shipment. This means that all the books in your order will be shipped together, and the delivery time will be based on the availability and processing time of the slowest item in your order.
If you prefer to receive your books as soon as they are available, you can opt for split shipments at an additional cost. However, we recommend a single shipment to avoid extra charges and any hassle. For more details or to request a split shipment, feel free to reach out to us.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We ship internationally to ensure you get your items wherever you are in the world. We rely on FedEx Priority for their fast and reliable service, so you can be confident your package will arrive safely and securely.
Returns and Refunds

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive damaged books. While we take immense pride in packing our books to the industry’s highest standards with multiple cushioning layers and sturdy boxes, damage can rarely occur during transit or customs checks.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
Minor Imperfections: It’s important to note that occasionally, there might be minor bent edges or a slight color seepage during the creation of special edges. We kindly ask you to consider these as part of the unique, handcrafted nature of the books.
Significant Damage: If the damage is significant, such as ripped pages, a detached cover, or extensive warping, please contact us immediately. You can do so by replying to your order confirmation email or reaching out through our website’s contact form.
What Happens Next?
Once you contact us, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We’ll request pictures of the damage and work with you to find the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement book or a store credit depending on the situation.

Important to Note: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made books, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. This is because each book is crafted specifically for you, and the delicate nature of the books makes them susceptible to damage during return shipping.
However, we prioritize your satisfaction! If you receive a damaged book, please contact us immediately. We’ll work diligently to find the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement book or other options depending on the situation.

What is your refund policy?
Cancellation:
We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Fees:
Please note that there may be a cancellation fee applied in certain situations. This is because we incur non-refundable fees from payment processors like PayPal when a transaction is completed. The cancellation fee typically amounts to 4.4% + $0.30 USD and will be deducted from your refund.
